1st Sunday Fly-out Nov 1

Conditions at Portsmouth were IFR, so the majority voted to go west for better WX. We departed for Urbana Grimes, which was very busy. We had a short delay to sit all of us at the same table. We all had a good breakfast, and a heck of tail wind on the way back to Newark.  (169kts Baby Stealth) ground speed. Participants were:

Cessna 172 – Michael and Cheryl Harris

Cessna. 152 – Dick Purdue

Archer  II      – Larry Arnold, Arnie Hartman, and Carl Bradock
