It was overcast, but smooth flying weather to Carroll Co. for brunch. The food was delicious, but the camaraderie and conversation is always better. One of my passengers, who is one of our oldest 402 members had never been there.
There were five aircraft, twelve pilots and passengers that departed Newark: Twin Comanche: Carl Bradock, and Bernie Volpe;
Cessna 152: Dick and Gaye Purdue;
Archer II: Larry and Valinda Arnold, and Arnie Hartman;
Cessna 172: Jim Carter, and Jim Carter Sr;
Cherokee 235: Rollie Bailey, Jesse Ours, and Carl Oblinger.
